Connected Strategies est. 2026

Your systems don't talk.Your team pays for it.

Quotes in one app, jobs in another, invoices in a third, and someone re-typing the same data to hold it all together. We find where work falls through the cracks between your systems, and we fix it. Not with another app: with one connected process.

  • 30-min call, no slide deck
  • You leave with one concrete idea
  • If the fix isn't worth the fee, we'll say so

Why we exist

Stop buying solutions. Start fixing processes.

A small business now runs on more software than it can see across. Every new app solved one problem and created a silo, and now your people re-key the same data three times a week while jobs slip through the gaps between systems. Another app won't fix that. Understanding how the work actually flows will.

  • A.Diagnose before we prescribe. We map how work and data really move through the business before we recommend a thing.
  • B.The smallest fix first. Connect what you already own, change the process, buy what exists, build what doesn't. In that order.
  • C.Honest scope. If the fix isn't worth the fee, we'll tell you on the discovery call. No hours billed.

What we do

Three engagements. Built to compound.

Each engagement stands alone. Most clients run them in order: diagnose what's actually broken, fix the right thing, then keep it healthy.

  1. Two overlapping circles, the union filled with a warm gold, denoting aligned goals.011–2 weeks

    The Diagnostic

We sit with you and your team and map how work actually moves through the business: where data enters, how it flows between systems, and where things fall through the cracks. You get back a prescription. For each gap: connect, change, buy, build, or skip, with a rough cost and payback on every line.

    • A map of how work and data actually flow
    • The gap list: where things fall through the cracks
    • Connect / change / buy / build / skip call on each gap
    • 60-min walkthrough with your leadership
  2. A central hub with eight nodes radiating outward, denoting connected systems.022–6 weeks

    The Fix

We close the gaps the diagnostic found, starting with the cheapest ones. Connect the systems that should already talk. Automate the re-keying away. Change the handoffs that drop things. Where a piece is genuinely missing, buy it off the shelf if it exists, or build it on AIOS, our operating layer that already knows your business, so the new piece never becomes another silo.

    • Your existing systems, connected
    • The re-keying automated away
    • One place to see work end to end
    • Documentation and on-call support
  3. Three stacked chevrons pointing up, the topmost in gold, denoting forward motion.03Ongoing

    Ongoing Care

A connected process decays the moment nobody owns it. We train you and your team to run, maintain, and improve the system, and we keep checking the numbers with you, so the value compounds instead of leaking back out through new cracks.

    • Hands-on workshops for your team
    • Written playbooks for each system
    • Standing async channel for questions
    • Quarterly review of what's working

A working example

What one quarter looks like for a 12-person manufacturer.

We don't have public case studies yet. We're new. So here's a worked example of what an engagement actually delivers, drawn from the patterns we see across small operators.

before the work

A team running on momentum

  • 3 daysto turn an inbound RFQ into a quote. Two people touch every one.
  • 11 hrs / wkspent re-keying order data between the ERP, the spreadsheet, and the shipping portal.
  • ~30%of customer emails answered after 4pm by the founder, on her phone, from her car.

after 90 days

A team running on a system

  • 30 minRFQ to drafted quote. The system reads the email, prices the job, and routes it to one approver.
  • 0 hrsre-keying. Orders flow from inbox to ERP to shipping with one human checkpoint.
  • < 1 hrmedian customer email response, including weekends. Founder reads, doesn't draft.

Investment: ~$10k – $30k across diagnostic + fix. Payback: estimated 4.5 months in recovered hours alone, before counting the deals won by being the first to respond.

Who you're hiring

I've spent 15 years building systems for small businesses. The most valuable thing I've learned is when not to build one.

I've worked inside small operating businesses my whole career: the kind with twelve employees, five customers who matter, and a founder who knows everyone's kid's name. Almost every one of them ran on a pile of systems that didn't talk to each other. And almost every problem I was hired to code my way out of turned out to be a process problem wearing a software costume.

The name is the thesis. Connected Strategies exists to make your systems, your data, and your people work as one connected process. My job is the diagnosis: finding where work falls through the cracks and designing the smallest fix that closes the gap. If we talk and I don't see a clear path to value within the year, I'll tell you on the call.
